An end-to-end sales analytics and forecasting platform.
You’re a problem solver, a team player, someone who loves thinking outside of the box in order to win. You see challenges as opportunities and get complete satisfaction from solving the best in the industry’s toughest problems. You’re curious, driven, excited. You’re an A-player looking for a team that makes you better at everything you do. You’re ready for something big.
As a Solution Consultant, you will be responsible for the customer’s successful implementation of a strategic business system that positively impacts sales efficiency and forecasting. You’ll start the customer relationship during the pre-sales cycle making sure implementation scope is documented and well understood, working directly with the customer and our internal team - from sales, to engineering, product management, even our executives - and learning every day how to make our customers successful with our platform.
You love taking a vision and making it become reality for our customers by solving their sales forecasting and productivity challenges with technical solutions. You care about getting it done and getting it done right. Technology is your best friend and you enjoy the challenge of translating technical-speak to business-speak and vice-versa. You leverage best practices and implementation methodologies to provide the best guidance to the customer. You distill down several requirements from a customer and translate it to a user experience that is loved by every end user. After the project is done, you're constantly striving to share best practices across the team, improving the tools, processes and knowledge for next time. It’s satisfying and enjoyable, and you’ll never be bored. We think you’re going to really like it here.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and be upbeat, intelligent, well organized, articulate, and excited about working in a fast-paced environment. If you are a “people person” looking for a dynamic role where you get to work alongside professionals that share that same passion for customers, then please apply!
