Reporting to our Senior SDR Manager, you will help scale a rapidly growing team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs). You will have the ability and passion for molding our up and coming sales professionals into top performing reps.
Provide one-on-one coaching and mentorship for SDRs
Collaborate with key stakeholders on our Account Executive, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure continuity within our territory-based sales model
Help develop and implement new outbound sales strategies and initiatives to provide market coverage across all territories
Streamline hiring and training to ramp new SDRs quickly
Hold reps accountable for hitting daily/monthly activity and performance goals
Utilize key performance metrics for coaching, quality assurance, and performance management
Motivate SDRs and promote a winning culture
Manage career path expectations and help SDRs develop the required skills to grow in their role
At least 2 years software sales experience no less
1+ year(s) in a sales development leadership position
Strong understanding of SDR skill set: Cold calling/emailing, discovery questions, objection handling, storytelling, and time management
Familiarity with SDR tech stack
Entrepreneurial drive with a desire to learn and continuously improve
