The Opportunity

Lattice is looking for a new member of its Solutions Consulting team. In this role you will be working closely with the Sales and Product teams of a growing AI company. You will be working with the world’s leading companies to align their growth objectives to Lattice’s products and capabilities.

We are looking for result-oriented, hands-on team players with outstanding analytical skills, strong interest in data-driven marketing and selling, and with exceptional communication and presentation skills.

Drive comprehensive business and technical discovery in collaboration with the Sales organization to uncover opportunities to deliver improvements with Lattice solutions

Take a consultative role in sales cycles – act as a solution expert called-upon during sales cycles to identify the best solution for a potential customer’s use case

Develop customer specific solution demonstrations tailored to unique needs of each customer

Deliver high-impact solution presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers (including senior audiences)

Run customer specific proofs-of-concepts of software features and functionality

Support RFI and RFP processes, help develop proposals

Work closely with Regional Sales Directors to develop and execute on account strategies

Liaise with Implementation and Customer Success teams to ensure effective transition of learnings from sales to customer success cycles, help develop Statements of Work

Develop deep knowledge of sales and marketing domain and Artificial Intelligence market


Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years of professional experience

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Outstanding analytical skills and experience in analyzing large data sets, including finding insights specific to customer’s business

Strong Excel knowledge is required, SQL knowledge is a plus (other analytical tools are too)

Business acumen – ability to understand customer’s business context and demonstrate how Lattice solution would fit

High standards of professionalism in working with customers and prospects

Independent and reliable – ability to work with little direction when necessary

Resourceful – proactive and effective problem-solver focused on accomplishing the outcome

Effective team player willing to work cross-functionally

Some consulting experience (e.g. Accenture) is a plus

Solid understanding of the sales and marketing domain (business processes and technologies, e.g. SFDC, Marketo & Eloqua) is a plus

Willingness to travel to customer sites (about 20% of the time)
