The content producer will manage multimedia content production and distribution across our native social channels. You will be a key brand storyteller, collaborating with our creative and marketing teams to develop engaging multimedia content, and build robust social communities. You will contribute to seasonal campaigns, product launches, and run your own evergreen social campaigns, bringing the Good Eggs brand to life and growing our social community.
Duties and responsibilities
Develop and produce on-brand and engaging video and still content to share across social channels.
Day-to-day management of inbound social channels, continuously optimizing and meeting (and exceeding!) team goals. Measuring, Optimizing, Developing, Measure, tweak, and so on!
Manage inbound social content calendar, ensuring that the social strategy reinforces overall marketing and content objectives.
Keep your finger on the pulse of new and innovative ways to bring our brand and stories to life. Video may be king now, but what’s next?!
Organize and manage content, IDing and implementing CMS best practices and tooling
Work closely with the rest of the marketing and creative teams to bring a multimedia perspective to storytelling and meet quantitative campaigns goals
Develop content that supports topline marketing team goals around reach, community, and messaging.
Be an internal consultant, primarily working with the marketing and brand teams, but also other partnering with other teams at Good Eggs that need support with multimedia storytelling.
BA/BS or MA/MS in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
2-4 years of content marketing and production and/or video production experience, with a strong focus on multimedia.
Proven track record of creating beautiful, delightful content.
Success following and executing against a brief, as well as developing successful briefs
Success working with and collaborating with cross disciplinary stakeholders
Strong communication skills and comfort in deeply collaborative creative processes
Pattern of success managing all aspects of a project from start to finish, in an environment that moves and changes quickly
Excellent project management and organizational skills; this is a fast-paced startup environment that
Superior creative skills and deep sensitively to interpret the brand’s DNA into projects and assets.
Experience with all aspects of video production; and a deep love of learning new tooling and tech.
Ability to work cross functionally with several different departments and different levels of the organization.
Strong food and prop styling skills.
Experience with mood and story-boarding to effectively share vision with with team; comfort with critique and design process is a plus.

Comfort with all tooling required to produce and edit multimedia content, end to end. DSLR camera, mics, lighting, editing software, etc.
