This Market Intelligence Manager role will be a key player on our marketing team. You will conduct market research and develop an in-depth view of our key personas, competitive landscape and market insights. You will use this knowledge to help our marketing, sales and product teams develop strategies, campaigns and differentiated messaging.

Responsibilities:

You’ll work closely with sales, marketing and product teams to develop research to build awareness, differentiate our products and messaging, and showcase how we solve customer pain points.
You will conduct quantitative and qualitative research on our customers, industry trends and the broader market to help guide strategy and build thought leadership.
You will conduct regular analysis on competing businesses, products and features. You will maintain battle cards and competitive documentation for the organization.
You will help harness and elevate the team’s internal market knowledge for the broader sales organization and their prospects.
You will become the company’s go to person for competitive insights and market intelligence.
You will work with sales enablement in training our teams on capabilities and competitive differentiation.
You will participant in events and conferences where Zoom is being represented.
You will become an expert on Zoom’s customers, our products, and their use cases.
REQUIREMENTS
BA/BS degree, MBA a plus
Sharp, analytical thinking
Rapid learner & self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Proven ability to create content for sales teams
Comfortable and creative in building and giving presentations / training
Ability to work effectively and cross-functionally with all levels of management and employees
Excellent communication skills
Technical understanding and prior experience in the video or web conferencing, UCC, messaging or collaboration space is a plus
