Moovit is looking for an Front Desk Admin Assistant to join our admin team.
As an admin assistant, you’ll have the opportunity to handle and to be exposed to many aspects of the company’s daily life.

Responsibilities:

Be the face of the office, including receiving guests, responding to employees and office needs fast and effectively

Be in charge of all office operations - office supplies, deliveries, postal service, parking lot permits and more

Provide with admin support for the management team

Help HR department with on boarding, recruitment and employee care

Help Finance department with invoices and contracts





Desired Skills:

Ability to function in a demanding and fast paced environment and to handle multiple tasks in a calm, organized manner

Excellent level of Hebrew and English

Excellent interpersonal relationship
