Numerify is seeking a Demand Generation Manager to lead the development and execution of programs and automated online marketing campaigns that drive growth. Must be creative, resourceful, and well-rounded. S/he must be able to balance high-level planning with day-to-day execution. The ideal candidate will have proven ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively in a team environment in close alignment with the product marketing, sales, operations, and customer success teams. This individual is tech-savvy with experience with marketing automation and CRM systems.
Responsibilities and Duties
Design and manage integrated marketing campaigns
Monitor performance and continually optimize campaigns through Marketo, Salesforce Reports, and other business analytics tools
Oversee database management - segmentation, list acquisition/import, data cleansing, event capture, lead management etc.
Generate and maintain actionable reports that track and measure success of online marketing initiatives, and help with improving the cost of customer acquisition.
Implement testing methodologies to continually improve campaign performance.
Build emails, landing pages, forms, lead lists, and reports within Marketo and SFDC
Create data segmentation filters, groups, and distribution lists for campaigns
Troubleshoot and QA campaigns, workflows and data issues
Requirements and Qualifications
4+ years' hands-on B2B demand generation marketing experience (b2b technology preferred)
2+ years experience with Marketo or similar marketing automation
2+ years experience with Salesforce.com (creating SFDC campaigns, reports, dashboards, and custom views. Marketing admin experience a plus)
Strong Analytical skills with ability to produce meaningful reports for marketing team and leadership
Experience with campaign metrics from various marketing channels including Google Analytics, AdWords, display advertising, social, and others
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially copywriting targeted at B2B buyer
Attention to detail and strong organizational, program management skills with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple projects with minimal guidance
Understanding of ABM, the demand generation funnel and how they relate
Experience with light graphics editing using standard design tools (e.g. Photoshop)
Experience with basic HTML & CSS is a plus
