Job Description / Skills Required

Carbon is looking for a skilled Oracle Fusion Application Administrator to join our team and provide their expertise in Oracle Fusion Apps. The individual will lead all activities associated with Oracle Enterprise Applications: HCM, Financials, SCM, etc

The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working cross-functionally to solve problems. They have a positive attitude, and take pride in delivering a quality product to their customers.


Understand Carbon's business, and ensure that the accompanying Oracle processes are configured appropriate for Carbon's business

Architect, provision, implement, optimize, troubleshoot and support solutions involving Oracle’s cloud technologies

Support implementation, migration and integration to other SaaS services

Troubleshoot issues and work with Oracle towards resolution

Educate and prepare Carbon for new functionality and features

Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partner like Oracle

Lead upgrade testing and validation efforts

Ability to prioritize work and issues with partners

Lead training sessions for Oracle Enterprise Apps

Perform documentation as appropriate and needed

Build and foster relationships with key Oracle personnel


Experience implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion (Cloud) HCM and ERP systems

Minimum 3-4 years administration / development experience in Oracle technologies

SQL and PL/SQL skills

Experience with multi-national corporations and their associated financial and/or HR setups (strongly preferred)

Strong understanding of complex Order to Cash processes, including order orchestration, 3PL and drop-ship (strongly preferred)

Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, including BOM setup, work definitions and work orders (strongly preferred)

Ability to translate business requirements into system configurations and setups

Attention to detail

Excellent communication (written and verbal), organizational and planning skills

Ability to work in a team environment and interact well with employees at all organizational levels
