Business Development is a critical part of Chartboost growth. Our goal is to be leaders in a fast-paced and innovative industry. This is an opportunity to join our team and drive client relationships and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in the mobile ad network and game commerce space, a passion for helping others, and the ability to drive growth and efficiency in our network. This role has a focus on implementing and/or improving the monetization strategies of mobile game companies.

Job Responsibilities:

In the first month, you will learn our systems and tools and become familiar with the mobile gaming market and our top priorities. Within the first quarter, you will create and run an outreach pipeline and start closing new business.
You will be responsible for mobile games developer outreach. You will be identifying new prospects, creating and managing sales pipeline and closing new business. You should have experience in sales or business development.
Effectively building a prospect list and leverage a strong ability to transition prospects into clients
Business Development at Chartboost is also about building relationships, knowing the numbers and systems of prospects and the tools they use and being able to manage and optimize accounts.
Understand the client’s business goals, anticipate future needs and help determine ideal solutions.
Liaise with our internal teams and work cross-functionally regarding any client queries, and provide customer support.
Lead trainings to enable clients to effectively use our products.

Job Requirements:

Demonstrated sales and business development skills, with a track record of exceeding key performance metrics.
Comfortable with targets and a sound commercial awareness
You're eager to travel around Europe, visit trade shows and Industry events, evangelize the Chartboost platform and have frequent meetings with your partners
Phenomenal written and verbal communication skills. You are fluent in Russian & English.
You have 1-3 years of experience working at a high-tech, mobile or gaming company.
Organized and methodical, with a consultative approach in addressing client needs
A strong and proactive planner, collaborator and organizer, a stickler for details and a master of multitasking.
You're resourceful. If you don't know the answer, you won't rest until you find it.
You know how to turn a customer into a Chartboost promoter. When they’re done with you, they’ll have tweeted and told all their friends that Chartboost is awesome.
