Sales and marketing platform
We’re looking for a proactive and passionate to own sales traning here at Drift.
If you love working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments you might be the right person to bring our sales training to the next level
What you’ll be doing:
Partnering closely with sales leadership, sales operations and marketing teams
Developing and delivering sales training aligned with Drift’s values and goals
Creating sales playbooks and programs
Owning and running onboarding for all of sales and customer success
Rolling out on-going sales skills training
Listening and coaching on sales calls (real-time)
Serving as constant and enthusiastic support for our rapidly growing sales team
About you and what type of skills you’ll need:
3+ years of sales enablement, sales or product marketing
Must have held a sales position before
Experience in developing and building out sales enablement programs
Proven ability to create presentations, playbooks, etc
Bachelor’s degree or higher required
