Full Time Graduates / Post Graduates in: BE / B.Tech / ME / M.Tech / MSc / MCA / MBA (HR) from a reputed institute.
Candidates with 8 + Yrs. of HR Functional Industry Experience with Min 1-2 Years on end-to-end Implementation experience of Success Factor Modules.
Manage Global SF Transactions Centrally.
Provide on demand/regular reports to stake holders
Good Team Management Skills
Ensure Day authenticity and integrity
Drive SLA based issue resolution.
Develop and institutionalize support based user documents.
Study Trends and Provide meaningful insights
Design and standardize dashboards.
Ensure high CSAT.


TO BE SUCCESSFUL, YOU WILL:

Should have prior experience in working with cross functional and global teams and with Business Leaders.
