You must be analytical and a strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement creative solutions to operational challenges. Oversee Marketo implementation including campaigns, programs, drip & nurture programs and customer communications
Troubleshoot and QA campaigns, workflows, data issues and other key marketing ops functions
Work closely with the Marketing team on building templates, training and playbook development for SDRs
Ensure accurate synchronization between Marketo and Salesforce.com databases
Ensure processes and best practices are in place to maintain the integrity of Marketo and Salesforce.com data.
Enhance sales productivity by enabling the team to work smarter by simplifying processes, eliminate bottlenecks and evaluating new tools
Refine customer segmentation, work closely with sales leadership to help drive territory assignment
Quickly implement projects involving diverse & complex data relationships
ANALYTICS & REPORTING:
Own the end-to-end process of working closely with Sales and Marketing to refine lead qualification process, analyze and report on campaign performance with reporting and dashboards
Provide recommendations and take actions based on strategic objectives, forecast or performance metrics
Leverage Marketo and Salesforce.com for lead campaign & program tracking and analysis
Create dashboards, reports to support sales & marketing operations, accurately communicate marketing effectiveness
Build and help to standardize business reporting for strategic analysis and internal business review
Minimum 4-5 years experience in a Marketing/Sales Operations role or similar position - ideally in a B2B organization
Demonstrated success in a marking ops, sales ops, business ops or similar role
Ability to understand high-level sales and marketing strategies, translate them into system and process requirements and execution
Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks; proven strong organization and project management skills in a fast-paced environment
Agile, self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively
Advanced user of Marketo - must be Marketo Certified
System Administration & marketing experience using Salesforce.com
