About the team

Our Workplace Services team is growing! This is the team that builds the environment and culture that enables our teams to do their best work. As the Facilities Specialist, you will play a meaningful role in providing Evernoter’s experiences in our Redwood City office. You’ll work under the leadership of our Workplace Services Manager and be part of a growing team.
What you'll do

Set high standards and deliver consistently against them. Bring your expertise in facilities, in repairs and maintenance and office services to continually improve our operations
Work in a comprehensive Workplace Services strategy to build a consistent, reliable, high-quality employment brand experience. Assist Workplace Services Manager for company growth and design solutions to meet the needs of our growing team
You provide service with an enthusiastic, positive attitude and strong background in customer service.
Work with other employee experience facing teams such as Legal, IT, People etc.
You will serve as a point of contact to vendors.
Monitor, track and report costs and other performance measures.

What you've done

Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
Minimum 4+ years in facilities experience or relevant Workplace Services experience
You are a self starter and have the proven ability to manage a budget.
Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
