We’re looking for a Marketing Programs Manager to be a strategic driver on building and leading the marketing programs within our vertical markets & channels, from Production partners and global manufacturers, to enterprise sales, Life Sciences and Dental. This role will play a cross functional role with business development, sales, legal, finance, and engineering.
Build and maintain marketing programs within Carbon’s targeted verticals and channels, as well as markets such as enterprise sales, Contract manufacturers, Life sciences and Dental.
Develop and oversee execution of comprehensive, dedicated marketing partnership plans in order to maximize impact to new and existing relationships, including but not limited to co-marketing, content development, experiential marketing, and social media.
Work with VP of Business Development, Head of Production Partnerships, Head of Customer Service, and Head of Customer Education and Carbon Production Network team to build and manage effective marketing programs, set and maintain expectations, progress, and results.
Develop and execute field marketing for production partners, enterprise sales and key vertical segments; developing effective programs and approaches to reach, influence and convert prospective buyers.
Assist commercial stakeholders in creating go to market strategies.
Work closely with Product Marketing & Brand Marketing to ensure that content and assets are aligned with go-to-market messaging and positioning.
Act as operational lead for relevant Marketing Event planning, activities and resources, developing turnkey channel/field marketing and lead generation programs, with in-depth knowledge of all marketing mediums.
Assist product management in the definition of product strategy and roadmap as it relates to production partners and contract manufacturers.
Create reporting strategy in order to track and achieve departmental KPIs and operational procedures.
Coordinate production of sales tools such as webinars, spec sheets, assets, white papers, case studies, on-boarding kits, and periodic communications as it relates to production partners and contract manufacturers.
Understand and track production partner and contract manufacturer marketing and growth plans.
Proven track record with more than 5 years of marketing experience, with significant focus on partnerships and channel management. Additional skills of product marketing, product management, field marketing and/or business development experience is important.
Ability to plan, develop, and oversee implementation programs and projects.
Strong ability to identify business issues, formulate plans for resolution, and effectively communicate results to senior leadership and external stakeholders.
Experience developing and executing integrated partnership marketing strategies and frameworks.
Experience designing marketing content & assets, as well as demonstrated technical marketing aptitude.
Comfortable to work in multidisciplinary and multicultural organization.
Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
Able to travel local and abroad (more than 10-20% of working hours).
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
