Zum is looking for a dynamic Client Success Associate to join us on our hyper-growth trajectory and shape the future of family logistics. In this role, you will communicate closely with customers and Zum’s Operations team, serving as a primary contact for Zum users to address their immediate concerns. You will also consistently work with Operations to mediate customer issues and maintain client satisfaction. As the Client Success Associate, you will recognize and pursue opportunities to upsell Zum services with potential users while maintaining strong, positive relationships with existing customers. Expect to think critically and analytically to understand the customer base’s needs and how to improve their experience. Your overall goals are to develop internal and external relationships and to promote client happiness with the Zum product. (a) Drive value to our customers at every step of the customer lifecycle

(b) Serve as the project coordinator during customer on-boarding and facilitate internal initiatives across teams

(c) Provide operational support within the company’s Client Services needs

(d) Serve as a primary point of contact for customers and immediate solution-finder for client issues

(e) Execute on tactical measures that improve user adoption of Zum solutions

(f) Work with Zum's most valuable customers to positively build on existing relationships

(f) Analyze customer usage and feedback and determine how they can derive more value from the product

(g) Provide feedback to the product team concerning customers’ requests for product enhancements
