Zūm is looking for a high-energy, and driven Account Executive whose role would be to hunt for new business by pitching and closing deals with public/private schools, and onboarding the school to book revenue.

Responsibilities:

As part of the sales team, you will be expected to reach out and sell our app based service to a list of public and private schools
Manage complete sales cycle from cold call to close
Forecast sales and revenue achievement on a monthly basis
Convey the benefits of Zūm to prospects by phone and online demonstrations
Listen to the needs of the market and share it with the rest of the team and management
Skills:

3+ years of quota carrying B2B inside sales experience
Track record of success selling to mid-market and SMB companies
Ability to manage, track and report a sales pipeline
Experience closing complex sales cycles in a consultative manner with C/VP level executives
Skilled in virtual presentations, online web demos, remote sales processes
Prior experience working within the education/school vertical is a big plus, but not a requirement
Prior experience using a CRM system (salesforce, goldmine, ACT etc.)
Experience working in a fast-paced, startup environment
Strong professional references
Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
4-year college degree
