Role Description

The Real Estate and Workplaces Services team at Dropbox is growing and we are looking for a highly motivated individual with a strong interest and background in real estate and workplace project management to join our organization. As an Associate Project Manager at Dropbox, you’ll gain global project management experience by providing support to our Real Estate and Project team.


Provide support to the Real Estate team to ensure that our projects progress on schedule and within budget

Perform administrative duties including but not limited to: scheduling meetings, processing documentation, establishing and maintaining a consistent and organized filing system for project documentation, etc.

Actively manage and track all project documentation including contracts, budgets, schedules, and reports

Prepare internal meeting minutes

Review, verify, reconcile and process invoices and change orders

Develop relationships and work closely with external vendors and consultants as well as internal cross-functional teams

Maintain templates for Project postmortems and lessons learned

Manage punch lists and assist with management of projects of varying size and scope

Create regular internal comms with updates of the latest events, happenings, projects, etc within the Real Estate and Projects team


You have 3+ years related experience in a design, architecture, or construction project management environment

You've got accounting experience or previous real estate support roles for brokers or project managers, preferred

A Bachelor Degree from an accredited institution. Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or Business preferred

You're experienced in project related programs (preferred): AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, Word and Excel, Google Apps, and able to quickly learn new types of programs

You have prior knowledge of the construction or commercial real estate industry

You've got strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with executive level internal and external clients

You're able to review and interpret both legal and financial contract documents as well as construction drawings and specifications and your understanding and interpretation of building and Title-24 codes is a plus

You are a detail oriented self starter with an ability to initiate and execute tasks of varying complexity with some guidance
