“The ability to listen and unlearn is what makes legendary leaders out of smart innovators.”
Early on in boarding school, I found my purpose in bringing people together and getting them excited about a whole host of efforts, from grueling team-runs and cadet-training camps to debate-clubs and more. It was my thing: motivating friends and helping them see their unique superpowers. I enjoyed being the small guiding hand in the big wins of teams. This naturally led me into a career in human capital and talent advisory.
I started my career at the point when India’s digital revolution was starting to accelerate. I worked with partnerships like Heidrick & Struggles, Russell Reynolds, Executive Access and Sheffield Haworth, advising some of the most exciting fintech, digital and consumer companies on leadership hires, organizational design, reward strategies, assessments and non-executive directors and board placements.
When the opportunity to join Sequoia India in 2021 and to do this for hundreds of innovative startups came along, I knew I had to take it. As a talent partner, there is nothing more satisfying than helping leaders and teams unlock their full potential, and create extraordinary journeys.
